About the villa
Here's some useful information
Wifi
The code is "villa242" or on the receiver next to the TV. The signal can sometimes be intermittent but it is an island; thing is to be patient ;)
Dining table
The outdoor dining table can be moved if you want to avoid the sun at any time.
Parasols
Parasols should be pulled down overnight in case of wind. the bases ca be moved but are very heavy. Baby bats are known to sleep inside them so open up and don't be scared !
Ants
Beware leaving crumbs/food around the house in hot weather as it brings the ants out. You should find a spray under the sink.
Pool
If the pool is being heated at your request please can you put the cover on the pool after the last swim of the day. This will keep the heat in.
Lights
There are lights near the entrance door for the outside patio and swimming pool.
The switch for the lights near the BBQ is to the right of the BBQ.
Outside shower
Cold/lukewarm shower outside for rinsing off sand and pool water or sun cream.
Table Tennis
There is a table tennis in the garage for your use with bats and balls (on demand). Probably the best place to use it is on the garage patio as its gets damaged moving up and down the steps.
Rubbish collection
Please put all your rubbish in bin bags. close to your holiday home you will find large skips (green in colour) in which to place your rubbish. These are emptied daily during the high season. Please take your rubbish daily otherwise you will be invaded with ants. There are also recycle bins within the urbanization as many points, please see separate page for identification.
TV
Instructions for use Smart TV Philipps
Given the various nationality of our guests we have decided to switch from a specific channel
package to a smart TV enabling everyone to use its own mobile (paired to the TV)
To use the smart TV

Switch on the TV

Go directly to the available apps free or paying and then connect (with your own password if any)
Or pair your own device (mobile) to the smart TV

Connect your device to the internet (Nuracom_242, code villa242)
​
Go to the app “Casting” on the main TV screen (Favourite Apps)
​
Launch a broadcast on your device then tap the cast icon and select Philips_TV_43PUS8079/12
​
Make sure that you have enable local network access for applications that you want to allow access
to your network : go to Settings – Confidentiality and security– Local network then click on the
required apps
Tiles
Tiles on the terrace and poolside are non-slip but inside the tiles are not so beware of wet feet inside the house.
Air condition
The villa have air condition. Please turn it off when you leave the villa our when the windows are open.
Security
It is unfortunately becoming more important to give careful attention to the security of your property when you are out. Shutters should be closed and all doors locked. Nothing of value, especially cash, should be left in easily findable places inside the house and nothing at all should be left on the terraces. You are in order to leave out the patio furniture. Cars should be locked when unattended and again, nothing of value should be left inside.

There is a safe in the first downstairs room.
Outdoor solar lamps
To turn on the outdoor solar lamps, there is a switch above the lampshade.
Workers
The swimming pool man is friendly and discreet. He visits twice a week in summer.

The gardener comes early on Friday morning but again is very discreet.
Refrigirator
All refrigerators are electric and will be working on your arrival.
DO NOT turn the thermostat up beyond 4 as the fridge will constantly work overtime and therefore will not be so cool.
House Cleaning Service
Normally the house is prepared for guests arriving, however if you are staying for two weeks and would like maid service during your stay, please call to our office to make the necessary arrangements.
